We may have two studios, but TK Boudoir isn’t some faceless, big-box studio. We’re not farming out sessions to strangers. Everything you see here is just the two of us: Tracy & Ashley.
We travel between St Louis and Tampa to photograph the beautiful, luxurious sessions we’re known for. And we cannot wait to photograph you, too!
meet the girls behind tk portraits
I started the brand in 2013, but after I got married, I started traveling with my husband full time. It quickly became clear that I needed to find a solution to ensure that my boudoir clients were taken care of. That's when I met Ashley, and coincidentally, we were trained by the same guy, Jerry Ghionis, and shoot almost exactly the same. In 2024, we rebranded to TK Boudoir, have grown exponentially, and my role has completely shifted. Ashley has taken on the role of creative director, and I'm working on the business side instead of the creative side because trust me, she has that handled FAR better than I ever could. So now, I do all of the consultations, client communication, ordering sessions, album design, and handle all the finances. I mean, I love spreadsheets more than photoshop. You can call me the CFO and studio manager. That role fits me much better!
• I have a barrel horse and when I’m not working, you can typically find me in the barn or at a barrel race.
• I have 3 Toy Australian Shepherds and a Bernadoodle
• A strawberry margarita is my go-to, but I love sangria wine, too.
• I love Taco Tuesday - carne asada tacos give me heart eyes.

After photographing luxury weddings for over a decade and teaching other photographers, I decided to pivot to the portrait world so that I could spend more time at home with my kids on the weekends. When I met Tracy and realized we had been trained by the same guy, Jerry Ghionis, it just made sense for us to team up and create The TK Agency. Now we have three different brands under the agency, as well as the education brand, too!
• I'm married, and we have two elementary aged kids.
• We live in a zoo: we have a Great Dane, a Great Pyrenees, 5 cats (and a colony of feral cats...not on purpose).
• True crime podcasts, reality tv shows, apocalypse movies, and The Why Files on youtube are my guilty pleasures.
• My personal mantra is “believe in the possibilities you can’t yet see."
I was an educator in the photography industry (specializing in lighting and posing) for over a decade and was even named one of the top 100 wedding photographers in the US and Canada. I promise I know what I'm doing.
I also know how valuable photos are after losing both of my parents before I turned 24, and I promise to give you everything I have to create the most beautiful portraits of you and your loved ones. I don't take this responsibility lightly because these might be the last images you have of someone you love.
